Read below for more information!What a Production Assembler will do:Ensure products meet standards while fostering an efficient, safe, and collaborative work environmentUse hand tools and pneumatic equipment, such as staking machines, to construct screen frames to specifications and customer requirementsPeriodically inspect completed products to ensure they meet quality and consistency standardsMaintain a steady flow of materials and products between production stagesMonitor the production process for inconsistencies and report concerns to your supervisor promptlyKeep tools, equipment, and workstations in good working order to support smooth operationsAlert materials handlers when supplies or replacements are required to minimize downtimeAdhere to all safety protocols, including PPE guidelines, and participate in ongoing safety trainingFollow 5S principles daily to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspaceUtilize manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination to assemble products and operate machinery What you need to be a Production Assembler:High School diploma or equivalent2+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to follow instructions and respond to management directionEffective verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a teamAbility to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations Don't miss out on this great-paying opportunity!
