Job Description Position Overview: As a Lead Pool Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our clients' pool systems. You will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in delivering top-notch pool maintenance services while adhering to company standards and exceeding customer expectations.Responsibilities:Lead a team of pool technicians in daily maintenance tasks, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections.Ensure all pool systems are functioning properly and address any issues promptly.Maintain accurate records of services provided and communicate effectively with clients regarding maintenance schedules and recommendations.Train new technicians on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards.Assist in inventory management and procurement of supplies as needed.Uphold a high level of professionalism and represent the company positively in all interactions with clients and the community.
