Our culture is people-focused, data-driven, and results-oriented.SummaryThe Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operation and staff of the restaurant and kitchen areas and maintaining the highest level of standards and efficiency. You will utilize your previous restaurant, bar and event management experience as you oversee your team members during their shifts.Duties & ResponsibilitiesRespond to the needs and requests of guestsEnsure the implementation and maintenance of standards of food, beverage, and service are in line with hotel standardsImplement effective cost controls for food, beverage, and laborDevelop workable systems for inventory, receiving, and product costCreate a comfortable atmosphere to encourage committed and loyal employeesMonitor and critique food quality and service levelsEnsure the restaurant is always clean, including tabletops and side stationsMonitor inventory and assist in end other month inventory reportAttend the banquet event and pre-con meetings as requiredProvide a pleasant atmosphere for staff and guestsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list; additional tasks may be assigned at any given time.
