This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with mechanical, electrical, or general construction experience who enjoy traveling, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a high-performing team.Compensation:Competitive Pay + Daily Per Diem + Weekly PayAll travel by airplane or car is company-paid, with hotel accommodations providedKey Responsibilities:Install conveyor systems and related mechanical components in commercial and industrial settingsPerform troubleshooting and basic repairs on mechanical/electrical systemsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and installation manualsOperate power tools and hand tools safelyWork closely with team leads to meet project deadlinesFollow OSHA and company safety standards at all timesMaintain daily job reports and accurate documentationRequirements:Required Qualifications:1+ years of experience in conveyor installation, mechanical assembly, or construction preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skillsAbility to read and follow technical diagrams and blueprintsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordMust pass background check and drug screeningReliable and willing to travel for extended periodsStrong communication, work ethic, and professionalismPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 lbsFrequent bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended hoursComfortable working at heights and in various weather conditionsAble to work long shifts, including nights or weekends when neededSchedule and Work Environment:40+ hours per weekFull travel commitment required – fly or drive to job sitesStay in hotels during project assignments (provided by company)Indoor and outdoor work conditionsForce Building Services is a nationwide leader in mechanical, construction, and maintenance services.
