Business Engagement Coordinator

Business Engagement CoordinatorRecruit, engage, and retain Chamber investors through proactive outreach, relationship building, and promotion of programs and services. Support investor growth strategies and play a key role in generating non-dues revenue through advertising sales and sponsorship engagement Primary Responsibilities: Actively recruit new investor through outreach and referrals Focus on retention efforts to move Premier Level Investors up one or two levels Serve as the first point of contact for prospective investors, explaining benefits and opportunities Maintain communication with Ambassadors and support their efforts on retention Assist with investor recruitment campaigns and retention programs Provide regular investor reports to leadership Make follow-up calls to assess satisfaction and encourage engagement Collaborate with staff to align outreach with Chamber programs and events Maintain accurate records in the Chamber database Represent the Chamber at events, ribbon cuttings, and community activities Support Chamber-wide investor retention by building strong relationships with investor, communicating value, and ensuring a positive experience with Chamber Position Requirements and Qualifications: Sales or business development experience preferred; Chamber or nonprofit experience a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated and confident in outreach and follow-up. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems preferred. Highly organized with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Enthusiasm for business and community development.
