Position Overview And ExpectationsThe FieldSP ProTechis proficient in available Technology (TIS and TED) andin minor maintenance of all classes of equipmentlarger than15,500 lb. capacity and yard spotter equipment.The FieldSProTech1, Specialty Productswill project a positive,supportiveand professional image toall ofthe dealership's customers, fellow associates, and dealership management while continuously practicing safe personal and work area habits.Job Responsibilities (including But Not Limited To)Diagnose, repair and service specialized products equipment (Taylor line, Toyota Heavy Duty (THD), CombiLift, Aisle-Master, Taylor-Dunn)Ensure proper maintenance is performed on ProLift Toyota Material Handling vehicles assignedPerform service job on time and right the first timeMaintain adequate andaccurateparts inventory assignedObtain parts and technical information needed to repair equipmentProject a positive image by interacting with fellow employees, customers and management in a cooperative, supportive and courteous mannerAccurately communicateappropriate informationto those who need to know ona timelybasisCommunicate positively and courteously with our customersAccuratelyupdate tabletwhen completing orders,time cards, support information, etc. and turn in ona timelybasisOperate lift trucks and equipment asrequiredRead andcomprehendtechnical manualsUse proper test equipment for troubleshootingOwn andmaintainhand tools as required by management.
