Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Bilingual Spanish highly preferred. Must be currently licensed (Property/Casualty or Life/Health). This is a remote position.
