Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor brings a wealth of equipment and repair knowledge to location maintenance processes. They work with other location employees to resolve mechanical problems as they occur throughout the year. Because of the depth of their knowledge, they often contribute to the design or modification of equipment. The person responsible for this role in most cases is also filling another role at the location. Other responsibilities can include: Performing work activities safely and in compliance with company QMS program Identifying improvement opportunities to reduce equipment downtime, improve efficiency, improve employee safety, etc. Implementing preventative maintenance programs for all key plant and/or field equipment Maintaining an inventory of key parts and maintenance supplies to minimize equipment downtime Maintaining accurate maintenance records Being flexible to assist in other areas of the location as needs arise Maintaining a neat, clean, and organized work area Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Application Question(s): Candidate Email:- Experience: Maintenance Supervisor: 2 years (Required) Preventative maintenance: 2 years (Required) Equipment and repair: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
