Machine Operator - Start up Opportunity! Hardeeville, SC Join our team as a Machine Operator at TS Conductors, located in Hardeeville, SC. We are seeking motivated individuals with prior manufacturing experience who can contribute to our dynamic workforce at this new startup. If you have a stable work history and are committed to producing quality products, we want to hear from you. Shift 8:00a-4:30pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch Requirements of Machine Operators High School Diploma or GED Equivalent 1 year manufacturing experience preferred Able to lift 50 lbs repetitively Able to stand for long periods of time Stable work history Must be able to understand and respond to various notifications, both visual and audible, unless otherwise stated by the client Hand tool knowledge Basic mechanical skills Ability to work overtime Benefits for HTI Associates Paid Time Off Health Insurance Dental Insurance Retirement benefits or accounts Competitive pay rates Responsibilities of Machine Operators Operates production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications Performs required work steps within specific cycle time Operates presses and other manual machinery including lathes, grinders, mills and similar equipment Performs frequent quality checks on finished parts Operates test equipment and interprets pass/fail data. Experience with SAP is a plus Physical stamina and dexterity are also important qualities as the job involves standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks. Ability to read and interpret gauges and record measurements. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets), operating and maintenance instructions, and any relevant manuals.
