Director of Operations

Denham Property & Injury Law is a plaintiff-side law firm primarily representing homeowners and property owners whose insurance companies have underpaid, delayed, or denied legitimate claims. Based in Lexington, Kentucky, we operate across multiple states and are growing quickly. We move fast and take our clients' situations seriously.We are looking for an Operations Director to own the day to day execution of the firm and assist in continued scaling. You will work across department and supervise the Operations Manager. This role reports directly to the Founder and will be a member of the leadership team. You will manage staff across multiple offices and states, own the operational tech stack, and drive the KPIs that determine whether we hit our growth targets.What We ValueOur core values aren't just words on a wall.
