The roleYou will diagnose and fix WebGL bugs in Gecko and improve its functionality and security within the Firefox graphics team.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and fix WebGL bugs in Gecko (C++/Rust), including security bugsWrite tests, work through code review with graphics module owners, and land fixes, with uplifts where needed.Keep the ongoing WebGL bug queue under control Definition of doneReviewed WebGL fixes and new code landed with testsRequired QualificationsStrong C++ (Rust a plus).Graphics / GPU experience, ideally WebGL.Security mindset, and comfort with sandbox and IPC architectures (WebGL is a security target).Strong debugging in a multithreaded codebase.PreferredPrior browser-engine / Gecko experience.Security research or fuzzing experience.
