Serving and protecting our customers is our top priority, and we are proud that our best marketing is our customer referrals and testimonials.Role Description:We are seeking a strategic and analytical Marketing/CRM Manager with a specialization in HubSpot to optimize our marketing technology stack, drive process improvements, and enable data-driven decision-making across the marketing organization. This role will serve as the operational backbone of our marketing function, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, accurate reporting, and cross-functional alignment with Sales and Customer Success teams.Your role:Provide HubSpot support and administration end to end, including user management,permissions, objects, pipelines, workflows, reporting, and overall system configuration.Serve as the primary point of contact for a high volume of HubSpot requests, managingthe entire lifecycle for marketing automation.Identify recurring issues and root causes across HubSpot, integrations, and internalsystems, and implement scalable solutions.Maintain strong data hygiene and governance to ensure HubSpot remains a trustedsource of truth for reporting and decision-making.Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and processes.Build and manage automated email campaigns, drip sequences, and multi-channelmarketing workflows.Ensure campaign quality through testing protocols, QA processes, and performancemonitoringSupport marketing team with technical implementation of campaigns and programsEnsure data integrity across all marketing systems through proper configuration,governance policies, and regular auditsEvaluate and implement new marketing tools to improve efficiency and capabilitiesMaintain integrations between marketing systems and sales/customer success platformEstablish best practices for campaign execution, lead management, and reportingPartner with Sales Operations to align on lead definitions, SLAs, and handoff processesCollaborate with Customer Success Operations on customer marketing initiatives andretention campaignsWork closely with marketing leadership to translate strategic goals into operationalexecution plansServe as liaison between marketing and IT/engineering for technical requirementsParticipate in revenue operations initiatives to ensure unified go-to-market alignmentQualificationsMust be certified in HubSpot, Marketo, or EloquaFamiliarity with marketing attribution models and revenue operations frameworksBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or relatedfield4+years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation operations, or relatedroleProven experience managing marketing automation through HubspotExpert-level proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems(Salesforce preferred)Strong understanding of data management, database architecture, and API integrationsProficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, or similar)Familiarity with ABM platforms, attribution tools, and marketing analytics solutionsAbility to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and translate findings intoactionable recommendationsExperience in B2B SaaS or technology company environmentBackground in demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing rolesExperience with marketing budget management and vendor relationships
