Director of Finance | Private Client Business Unit (PE Backed)📍 South Florida | Remote / Hybrid (Palm Beach Gardens)About the OpportunityThe Las Olas Network is partnering with a leading private equity backed wealth management platform to hire a Director of Finance supporting its Private Client business unit, a ~$400M revenue platform serving high networth clientsThis is a high visibility, build oriented role within a company undergoing significant transformation following a recent carve out. The RoleThis position operates as a true finance business partner to senior leadership across the Private Client business unit. You will work closely with COOs and revenue leaders to translate financial data into actionable insights, with a focus on revenue drivers, client profitability, and operational efficiency.This is a remote / hybrid role with an expectation to periodically work from the Palm Beach Gardens office for in person collaboration as the team continues to scale. Expectation are approximately 1-3 days/month. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building processes from the ground up, and wants to help shape what best in class finance looks like in a growing, multi entity environment.Key Responsibilities• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across a complex, multi-entity business• Build and enhance KPI frameworks across revenue, headcount, and client profitability• Partner cross functionally with business leaders to drive performance and decision making• Transform reporting from reactive to proactive, delivering insight driven analysis• Standardize and improve financial reporting, data integrity, and analytics processes• Support integration and alignment across multiple business units and geographies• Help build scalable reporting tools, dashboards, and finance infrastructure• Manage and develop finance talent, including senior analystsWhat We’re Looking For• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or operational finance• Background in wealth management, financial services, or multi-entity environments preferred• Strong financial modeling and analytical skillset• Experience in high growth, private equity backed, or complex organizations• Proven ability to build processes in ambiguous or evolving environments• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence non finance stakeholders• Advanced Excel required; experience with financial systems and reporting tools preferredWhy This Role• Opportunity to step into a highly visible, strategic finance role• Direct exposure to senior leadership and value creation initiatives• Ability to shape and build a finance function in real time• Strong growth trajectory within a scaling, PE backed platform
