Job Title: Real Estate Associate - Construction TransactionsLocation: LA or Orange County, CAExperience Level: 3-4 YearsCompensation: $225,000 - $250,000 base salary, depending on experienceAbout the Opportunity:A highly regarded California real estate practice is seeking a mid-level associate to join its team in either Century City or Orange County. This role will focus primarily on construction-related transactional work, supporting a wide range of real estate development and infrastructure projects across the state.This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to deepen their expertise in construction contracts, development agreements, and real estate transactions-while working alongside some of the most respected lawyers in the field.Key Responsibilities:Drafting and negotiating agreements for design professionals, contractors, engineers, consultants, and project managersStructuring and reviewing construction licenses, easements, and development agreementsSupporting real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and financingCollaborating with teams on title and survey review, diligence, and project documentationWho We're Looking For:3-4 years of experience in construction-related litigation or transactionsStrong interest in construction law and willingness to grow into a transactional practiceExcellent writing, organizational, and analytical skillsAbility to work both collaboratively and independently on sophisticated mattersExperience with real estate finance, diligence, or data center leasing is a plusMajor law firm or equivalent experience strongly preferredAdmission to the California Bar requiredWhy This Role:You'll work closely with a respected real estate team on complex, high-value projects involving development, construction, and financing.
