Build and maintain strong relationships with current customers Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase account value Re-engage inactive or dormant accounts Handle inbound inquiries and provide product/service recommendations Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure smooth follow-through Track activity and opportunities within CRM (HubSpot) Collaborate with outside sales and internal teams to support customer needs Contribute ideas around customer trends and growth opportunities What We're Looking For 3+ years of inside sales, account management, or customer-facing sales experience in a manufacturing setting Strong communication skills—comfortable on the phone, email, and virtual meetings Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred) Proficiency in Excel (data entry, tracking, reporting) and Microsoft Office Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts A self-motivated, results-driven mindset Most importantly, we're looking for someone who will thrive in a close-knit team environment—someone who is adaptable, easygoing, and brings a positive, no-drama approach to their work.
