Contracts ManagerJoin our Procurement team supporting a broad range of supplier contracting engagements across the organization. This temporary Contracts Manager role leads supplier contract work from intake through signature and ongoing updates, partnering closely with business stakeholders, Procurement Category Strategy, Legal, Security, Privacy, and other support teams. You will help shape clear, practical agreements that protect our organization and keep supplier engagements moving efficiently. This is a contract role intended for someone who can step in quickly and manage active contracting work with minimal ramp-up.Responsibilities:Lead supplier contracting engagements from intake through signature and subsequent amendmentsDraft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, professional services agreements, SaaS or hosted platform agreements, and related order formsPartner with internal stakeholders to clarify scope, deliverables, and contracting requirementsCoordinate contract reviews with Legal, Security, Privacy, and other required risk partnersManage contract updates, changes, and follow-on documents tied to existing supplier relationshipsEnsure contract documentation is accurate and properly maintained in procurement systemsScope of Contract Types Supported:Professional services and consulting agreementsSupport or shared services agreements (including legal, finance, or treasury-related services)Technology agreements, including SaaS or hosted platform arrangementsMaster Services Agreements (MSAs)Statements of Work (SOWs), order forms, and related amendmentsQualifications:Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts in a procurement or contracting functionAbility to manage multiple contract engagements in parallel and drive work to completionClear, practical communication skills with business and supplier stakeholdersExperience partnering with Legal or risk teams during contract reviewComfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent related work experience5 to 7 years of relevant experience in legal and/or contracts, specifically including commercial contract terms and procurement agreements
