Duties: lead and coordinate product quality forums for the Digital Engineering Team; establish Lean and Agile methodologies; provide developmental feedback to team members; apply Scrum practices for estimation and prioritization using Agile techniques; support 3-Step and 7-Step problem solving activities to solve PreventTech® product quality and costumer issues; plan sprints and quarterly Program Increment (PI) in Agile; lead the adoption of Agile methodologies to reduce the gap between theory and practice; monitor program progress; establish and monitor key Agile metrics that impact value-driven delivery and alert potential problems; coordinate activities with the Advanced Analytics, Data Engineering, and Digital Organization teams; lead weekly meetings to track progress and review backlog items.Requirements:Master's degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in computer science, information technology, mechanical engineering, business, or related field, and 3 years of project management experience. Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: project management methodologies (Waterfall or CPM); Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or Lean); systems engineering and product management; Agile project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, or VersionOne); SAFe Agile methodology; software and project development lifecycle.
