As part of Perion, we operate at the intersection of technology, media quality, and performance to drive measurable results for advertisers globally.The OpportunityWe are seeking an AI Solutions Sales Manager – Programmatic to drive growth in the US market, owning direct sales with brands and agencies looking to improve video and programmatic outcomes. You will combine a consultative, senior selling approach with hands-on RFP execution to build and close a strong pipeline.What You'll Do:Develop and close new business opportunities across agencies, brands, and holding groups for YouTube, social, and programmatic campaigns.Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, custom proposal/RFP response, negotiation, and closing.Position Perion Algo’s value proposition with clarity and confidence, demonstrating how AI can simplify workflow, improve campaign results, and drive measurable ROI.Build relationships with mid-senior buyers, planners, and investment leads while engaging C-level stakeholders as needed for larger strategic opportunities.Collaborate with client success and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.Represent Perion Algo at industry events, conferences, and in client meetings, acting as a trusted advisor in advanced media buying strategies.Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM with discipline and transparency.What We're Looking For:2-3 years of experience selling media solutions (YouTube, social, programmatic, video) to brands and agencies in the US market.Strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem, including auction-based buying, KPIs, measurement frameworks, and optimization practices.Proven ability to manage and win RFP processes while maintaining a proactive outbound sales pipeline.Skilled in consultative sales, with the ability to translate client challenges into actionable AI-powered solutions.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-autonomy environment with a startup mindset backed by the scale of Perion.Located in New York City (hybrid, in-person meetings expected).Why Join Us?Join a high-growth, high-impact team backed by the global resources of Perion.Work with a differentiated AI solution that delivers measurable media results in a competitive landscape.Competitive compensation package with performance incentives.Opportunity for career growth as we expand in the US market.Compensation range: $200,000 - $240,000 OTEPerion is committed to building a company whose staff reflects the true diversity of our community.
