Front of House Manager

The FOH Manager is responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations to ensure a high standard of customer service, smooth daily operations, and a positive guest experience. This role requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and motivate a team.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with location leads to supervise and support all FOH bartending staffSupport location leads to ensure excellent customer service and to assist in resolving any guestcomplaints or concerns promptlyInvolved in hiring, training, and disciplinary reports as neededInspect weekly schedules to ensure that adequate coverage is in place and to ensure that labor costs are in line with budgetConsistent monitoring of location revenue, COGS, and labor cost. Making adjustments as needed toensure metrics are being metTrain, mentor, and evaluate location leads to maintain service standardsCollaborate with the BOH team to ensure seamless communication and service flowMonitor inventory of FOH supplies and assist location leads with orders as neededContinuous inspections of each location to ensure safety & health policies are in lineEnsure all employees have up to date MAST permits on fileAssist with marketing initiatives, special events, and seasonal promotionsLead by example, promoting a professional and positive work environmentQualifications:2+ years of experience in a similar FOH leadership roleStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong leadership skills and ability to work as part of a teamAbility to multitask and remain calm under pressureWorking knowledge of POS systemsAvailability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidaysFood Safety and Alcohol Service certifications (as required by local laws)Pull tab sales experience is a plusPreferred Traits:Passion for hospitality and guest satisfactionTeam-oriented with a hands-on leadership styleExcellent problem-solving and organizational skillsFamiliarity with industry trends and best practices*The Collab Team is hiring for our client, a local hospitality company with multiple locations throughout the Tri Cities
