This role will support a targeted solid tumor oncology portfolio, with opportunities to contribute to future indication expansions. The position reports into the Director of Marketing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & PlanningSupport development and execution of U.S. oncology brand strategy, including annual planning, KPIs, and resource allocationLeverage market research, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform decisionsMarketing Execution & Omnichannel StrategyLead digital and omnichannel campaigns (web, email, media, and engagement tools)Manage HCP media plans, agency partners, and campaign performance optimizationTrack and analyze KPIs to drive insights and continuous improvementEnsure all materials meet legal, regulatory, and compliance standardsSupport congress planning and execution, including content and trainingCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and other teams to ensure aligned executionCollaborate with analytics, IT, and external partners to optimize campaigns and performanceLeadership & InfluenceLead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environmentPresent strategy, results, and recommendations to leadership Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty healthcare industry2+ years of marketing experienceOncology, solid tumor, or rare disease experience strongly preferredExperience leading digital campaigns and omnichannel initiativesStrong project management skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesKnowledge of pharma compliance and regulatory environmentStrong cross-functional collaboration experienceExcellent communication and presentation skillsExperience with Veeva CRM and Vault PromoMats is a plusBenefits: Eastridge Workforce Solutions offers the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
