Adecco Staffing is hiring Machine Operators on all shifts in Ayer, MA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with strong long-term potential. Pay Rate: $21–$23/hour Shifts: 1 shift – Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pm 2nd Shift – Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM 3rd Shift – Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM What You'll Be Doing • Read work orders and request appropriate supplies based on lot number and location • Communicate with forklift drivers to ensure timely delivery of materials to the production line • Verify correct supplies are used (caps, bottles, cases, labels, etc.) • Monitor production rates for each bottle size to ensure targets are met • Track and support Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and contribute to production efficiency Minimum Qualifications • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience (food industry preferred) • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills required • Basic computer skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • High school diploma or equivalent required • Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, and GMPs in a food manufacturing environment is a plus.
