Senior Software Development Lead

We're working with a leading technology solutions provider specializing in mission-critical systems and digital transformation for government and commercial clients.The Role Lead and oversee the full software development lifecycle for mission-critical systems. Translate system-level requirements into actionable software specifications and robust models. Conduct risk analyses, identify system issues, and implement mitigation strategies. Facilitate code reviews and ensure alignment with development standards. Monitor test completion, verification, and resolution of software issues. Mentor team members and foster knowledge-sharing to cultivate technical growth.What You'll Need At least 5 years of experience in Computer Science fundamentals, object-oriented design, and software patterns. Expert-level proficiency in Java, C++, or Python for full-stack development. Demonstrated leadership in software projects or teams through the entire development lifecycle. Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Top-Secret U.S. Security Clearance with SCI eligibility. Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Spring Framework, Hibernate, REST/Open API.
