Overview Job Title: Traveling End-of-Life (EOL) Crew Member
Join a specialized End-of-Life (EOL) Crew focused on replacing electrical equipment inside commercial facilities. This nightshift role requires precision and expertise in tracing, installing, and terminating electrical systems. The position involves nationwide travel with a typical pattern of 10 day trips every two weeks.
Responsibilities Read wiring diagrams and blueprints, trace wires to loads, generate accurate wiring diagrams, and verify existing information.
Work around live electrical systems safely and effectively.
Cut and bend conduit to precise specifications.
Install electrical panels, breakers, and switchgear.
Hook up stores to temporary generators, pull wires, and terminate connections.
Ensure correct phase rotation and proper connection of wires and busses.
Operate equipment such as telehandlers, skid steers, and mini excavators as needed.
Maintain a fast-paced workflow during night-shift assignments.
Requirements Strong work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
Willingness to travel 100% of the time.
Some electrical experience, preferably in commercial or industrial environments.
Ability to identify and operate tools used in the role.
(Optional) Experience operating telehandlers, skid steers, or mini excavators.
Work Environment Primarily indoors, working inside commercial facilities across the United States.
Compensation and Benefits $22–$35/hour, plus a 15% nightshift pay modifier.

Guaranteed 80 hours per pay period, with ample overtime opportunities.
Paid travel time (clock in when leaving your driveway).
Per diem, company vehicle for travel, and hotel accommodations provided.
All tools supplied by the company.
Work schedule: 10 days on, 4 days off (night shift, except for the first day).

Strong potential for internal promotions to foreman or construction manager roles.
Location Based in Cumming, GA, with projects across the United States.
