Remote Customer Service Representative

MUST have a great understanding of the importance of providing excellent customer service to consumers.This is an inbound customer service position; there is NO outbound calling or sales .Starting Pay Rate $10.00 ($11 for bilingual) Pay will be reviewed 30 days, after completed training.Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries and complaintsRetaining existing customer monthly membershipsProvide information about the products and servicesTroubleshoot and resolve product issues and concernsDocument and update customer records based on interactionsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and servicesQualifications:Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fieldsPrevious work from home experienceAbility to build rapport with customersAbility to multitask and quickly adapt and learn new programsPositive and professional demeanorExcellent verbal communication skillsAvailability to work Saturday's- required for the positionJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePowered by JazzHR
