Your work will focus on building user-friendly, efficient, and high-performing solutions that enhance the experience for stakeholders across the business. You will drive the architecture and development of critical initiatives, including Package Level Network Orchestration and Transportation Planning. Your impact will be direct and tangible, shaping the tools and features used daily by Operations Managers and Supply Chain Operations.Reporting to the Head of Engineering for Supply Chain Tech, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our network transportation technology not only meets but exceeds standards for engineering quality, reliability, and performance.Responsibilities IncludeArchitecting, building, testing, and deploying applications, APIs, and features for our supply chain operations user baseModifying designs and specifications of complex applicationsCollaborating and adding value through participation in peer code reviews, providing comments and suggestionsWorking with technical and non-technical end-users, other engineers, and product managers in a cross-functional, quick-moving, and collaborative environmentAnalyzing code, requirements, system risks, and software reliability and providing recommendations on how to leverage our technology more efficientlyLeverage AI-native development workflows and tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) to accelerate engineering throughputWorking with Product and Design to confirm requirements, prioritization, and development of new featuresActing as a player-coach alongside Engineering peers, to build high-quality software efficiently while also fostering team growth through mentorship and collaborationWhat You BringHas 8+ years of experience building, testing, and deploying applications in high-traffic production environmentsHas 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development (ideally with Typescript,Node.js, GraphQL and React)Experience in the Supply Chain domain is required, with a strong preference for experience with building software for Network OrchestrationExperience collaborating closely with Data ScienceEnjoys taking initiative, is a self-starter, is willing to move fast and ship quickly, and is excited about collaborating on big challengesEnthusiastic about working closely with product and operations team members to develop creative solutions to never-before-solved problems in a brand-new problem spaceTech Stack: AWS, Typescript,Node.jsVeho is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
