We are seeking a Production Technician responsible for supporting production operations, operating packaging equipment, and ensuring production goals and quality standards are met throughout the shift. Production Technician Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment Perform quality checks at specified intervals to ensure product quality Complete production logs and daily documentation accurately Assist with machine setup and product changeovers Clean and sanitize production equipment and work areas Monitor production line performance and report issues as needed Replenish packaging and production materials throughout the shift Follow safety procedures and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) Support production teams and Line Leads as needed Report food safety and food quality concerns to authorized personnel immediately Production Technician Requirements: Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Basic math and documentation skills required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively Comfortable working extended shifts in a manufacturing environment Important Dress Code & GMP Rules: Full-length pants required (no shorts) No tank tops, crop tops, cut-off shirts, or t-shirts No earrings, necklaces, or facial piercings Only plain wedding bands allowed (no stones) No fake eyelashes, fake nails, or nail polish No food or drinks allowed on the production floor Water bottles and water coolers are provided onsite Apply today to start your career with a company that offers long-term growth and opportunity!
