Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMMedical Information (Core Focus)Respond to unsolicited medical inquiries from HCPs, patients, and internal stakeholdersDeliver accurate, compliant, and evidence-based responses using literature and approved contentHandle complex scientific queries in collaboration with Medical Affairs and cross-functional teamsMLR Review & Veeva OperationsManage end-to-end content lifecycle in Veeva Vault (PromoMats / MedComms)Coordinate MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) reviews—scheduling, tracking, and approvalsEnsure smooth workflow, version control, and compliance across all contentContent Strategy & DevelopmentCreate and update FAQs, standard response letters, and scientific materialsMaintain MI content repository with ongoing literature and regulatory updatesSupport global and affiliate-level content alignmentProject & Stakeholder ManagementTrack MI and MRC timelines, deliverables, and risksPartner with Medical, Regulatory, Safety, Commercial, and Operations teamsSupport product launches, label updates, and strategic initiativesInsights, Analytics & ComplianceAnalyze MI data for trends, gaps, and insightsGenerate reports for internal stakeholders to guide decisionsEnsure AE/product complaint reporting and audit readinessKey Requirements and Technology Experience:3–5+ years in Medical Information, MLR Review, or Pharma Project ManagementHands-on experience with Veeva Vault (PromoMats, MedComms, etc.)Strong understanding of MLR workflows and content review processesBackground in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related fieldExperience in Oncology, Hematology, or Cell TherapyExposure to global Medical Information teams or vendorsExperience supporting product launches or labeling updatesYou can translate complex science into clear communicationYou thrive in cross-functional, fast-paced environmentsYou're highly organized and can manage multiple priorities without dropping the ballYou understand both compliance AND efficiency (rare combo)Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
