Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in various care settings. Responsibilities
Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Monitor patients’ health by observing vital signs, patient behavior, and overall condition; report any concerns promptly
Support medication administration following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and safety
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning to meet individual dietary needs
Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning, sanitation, and organization of living spaces
Use specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts or resident lifts to safely transfer individuals with mobility challenges
Document care activities accurately in compliance with facility protocols and regulatory standards such as HIPAA
Qualifications
Prior experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is highly preferred
Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, memory care, hospice care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is advantageous
Certification or training in first aid, CPR, and patient monitoring is desirable
Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks required for resident support
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to improve the lives of others
Experience working within care plans and administering medications while maintaining confidentiality under HIPAA regulations

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
