Designer

A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Designer to help them deliver high-quality architectural production documents and BIM models that support their licensed architects and project teams. In this role, you will contribute to efficient project execution by refining technical drawings and coordinating model elements at their Coppell, TX location.Your Day IncludesDeveloping and updating Revit models and 2D drawings based on redlines from senior staffAssisting with design development documents, including plans, sections, and detailsSupporting sheet setup, file organization, and BIM coordination across project teamsCreating and refining architectural elements such as wall sections, families, and annotationsCollaborating with team members to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely deliveryMust HavesBachelor's degree in Architecture (completed or graduating Spring 2026)0-2 years of academic or professional experience using AutoCAD and Revit (150-400 hours preferred)Working knowledge of construction documents, drafting standards, and basic BIM workflowsP.S.In addition to offering a comprehensive health, dental, and vision package, the firm also provides a Costco Card and Gym Membership.If you have the necessary qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
