Service Technician Trainee

We are a specialty HVAC Company with a focus on ductless HVAC technology. We are looking for a Service Technician Trainee to join our Team. If you have technical aptitude, a clean driving record, and are passionate about customer service then we want to talk to you. You do not need HVAC experience - we will train the right person! Responsibilities include: üPerforming maintenance and providing customer support üDiagnosing problems and coming up with repair solutions üEducating customers on how to use and maintain their heat pump systems üWorking with the Service Manager to order parts üCreating Estimates and Invoices for repairs üExplaining equipment issues and repairs to customers üBuilding and maintaining relationships with customers Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Year round work Work Location: In person
