This role reports to Josh Forman, Shareholder.Position SummaryThe Corporate Intern will support attorneys within the Corporate Department. This role is responsible for assisting with research, drafting and document review for the Digital Infrastructure practice.Key ResponsibilitiesAssists attorneys with drafting, editing, and proofreading corporate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondenceConducts basic legal and factual research under attorney supervisionOrganizes, maintains, and updates physical and electronic case files, corporate records, and transaction documentsSupports due diligence processes by collecting, reviewing, and organizing required materialsPrepares and manages document sets for corporate transactions, closings, and filingsCoordinates with internal departments and external parties to obtain information or schedule meetingsManages and tracks deadlines, filing requirements, and internal workflowsPerforms general administrative tasks such as scanning, copying, data entry, and mail distributionQualificationsSkills & CompetenciesExtremely organized and detail-orientedAbility to work quickly and accurately under pressureExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated, dependable, and eager to learnEducation & Prior ExperienceMinimum one year of general office experience in a professional services setting preferredTechnologyProficiency with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)Familiarity with digital document management systems (e.g., FileSite) preferredUnderstanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and responsible use in a professional environment.Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, firm-approved AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms) to support daily workflow and/or improve work quality.Physical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to move from workstation or desk throughout the work area to work independently or with a team to meet with colleagues or supervisor and retrieve work assignments.This position may also be sedentary and require the employee to sit for extended periods of time.Requires manual dexterity to use a phone, enter data into a computer, handle objects, and use office equipment.GT is an EEO employer with an inclusive workplace committed to merit-based consideration and review without regard to an individual’s race, sex, or other protected characteristics and to the principles of non-discrimination on any protected basis.
