We are looking for a Data & Reporting Specialist to help manage and grow our agency's data infrastructure. This person will play a critical role in supporting reporting, dashboard development, data modeling, tracking, and data quality across the organization. This is a strong fit for someone who is highly analytical, calm under pressure, and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate does not need deep experience in every platform we use, but they do need strong SQL skills, solid dashboarding experience, a strong understanding of data visualization, and the ability to work through complex reporting and data problems independently.
Responsibilities:
Create, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports in Looker Studio
Build and maintain data models that support reporting across multiple data sources
Write complex SQL queries to transform, combine, and structure data for reporting and analysis
Translate stakeholder ideas and business questions into technical reporting solutions
Create new dashboards and reporting solutions based on evolving business needs
Manage and improve data ingestion pipelines, including cleaning and normalizing data across multiple sources
Support and maintain the agency's data warehouse and broader reporting infrastructure
Lead onboarding from a reporting and data setup perspective for new clients
Help support analytics and tracking implementation, including GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking workflows as needed
Diagnose and resolve tracking, attribution, and reporting issues
Navigate ad platforms when necessary to troubleshoot conversion and attribution discrepancies
Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and solve reporting and data-related challenges
Learn and adapt to new platforms, CRMs, and data sources as business needs evolve
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
2-4 years of professional experience building dashboards and reporting solutions in a business environment
Strong SQL skills
Experience with dashboarding or BI tools
Strong understanding of data visualization best practices
Experience working with real-world business data, including messy or incomplete datasets
Ability to build or support complex data models for reporting and analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand stakeholder requests and translate them into practical reporting solutions
Strong communication skills, especially when working with non-technical teams
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and learn new systems quickly
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Looker Studio
Experience with BigQuery / Google BigQuery
Familiarity with Google Analytics 4
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager
Familiarity with ad platforms and conversion tracking
Experience with Python or JavaScript
Experience with data ingestion and normalization tools such as
Experience in a digital marketing agency or other fast-paced, multi-client environment

This is not just a dashboard-building role. xmvmafu Success in this position requires someone who can take loosely defined reporting requests, understand the business question behind them, determine what data is needed, assess whether the request is technically possible, and build the queries, models, and reports needed to support it.
You should be comfortable working through ambiguity, solving problems independently, and figuring out unfamiliar systems as they come up. Teams across the organization will rely on this person for reporting and tracking guidance, so strong communication and a calm, solutions-oriented mindset are important.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
