The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, work safely, and support our experienced electricians in completing high-quality work efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems Prepare work sites by gathering tools, materials, and equipment needed for electrical tasks Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment Assist in pulling wire, installing conduit, and mounting electrical components Maintain a clean and organized work area Support electricians in troubleshooting electrical issues and testing systems Follow instructions and work under supervision to complete assigned tasks Requirements3–5 years of hands-on experience in residential electrical workAbility to obtain a New Jersey Electrical Journeyman's License within 2 years of hire dateMust have your own hand tools and basic cordless toolsStrong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentExperience with some commercial work is a plusMust possess a valid driver's license.
