Sr. ASIC Design Engineering Manager - CPUPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. ASIC Design Engineering Manager focused on CPU design to lead our engineering team in the development of cutting-edge microarchitecture for advanced CPU solutions. This role will oversee the entire ASIC design process, from RTL design to final tape-out, ensuring that we meet our project goals and timelines while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of ASIC design engineers in the development of CPU IP.Define and drive microarchitecture specifications and design methodologies.Oversee RTL design, verification, and synthesis processes to ensure high-quality ASIC designs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CPU designs into larger system architectures.Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet engineering and business objectives.Mentor and develop engineering talent within the team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.10+ years of experience in ASIC design with a focus on CPU or related technologies.Strong expertise in microarchitecture, RTL design, and verification processes.Experience with RISC-V architecture is highly preferred.Proven track record in engineering management and team leadership.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.BenefitsMedical/Dental/VisionPTO/Vacation DaysBonus
