Job description:Scan and file documents into the appropriate online systems and physical files as needed.Complete audits of departmental data as needed; Follow up with Team Members to collect documents as needed to ensure completion.Maintain updated information on internal intranetCreate and post internal bulletins as neededAssist with month end reportingReconciliations of bi-weekly & quarterly reportsAssist assigned department with internal auditsWill work with the assigned department on various projectsPrepare informational emails for Team Members and send reminders of departmentComplete other tasks and projects as assigned.ComplianceComply with all applicable regulations and Bank policies.Participate in annual compliance and other job-related training.Comply with applicable bank regulations, Bank policies and procedures.Comply with Bank's internal privacy and ethics standards.Relationships and ContactsInternal: Contact with Team Members from various areas of the Bank.External: Limited contact with third party vendors.Education and Experience* Completion of Junior Year of High School* Previous work experience preferredSkills and CompetenciesExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to interact well with Team Members and customersStrong in attention to details and accuracyBasic computer skillsIntermediate ExcelAbility to multi-task and remain organizedWorking ConditionsTraditional office environment, the office maintains five day a week operations (Monday - Friday) with operational hours of 8am - 5pm.Penn community Bank is an equal opportunity employer.
