Enterprise Medical Recruiting is seeking an OB/GYN laborist to join a team to practice inpatient care in West Massachusetts and be responsible for patients in the Maternity Department, with consultation with the Emergency Department and general OB or Surgical consult.About the position: 2 OBGYN Laborists (cover deliveries only) 8 OBGYN Generalists 4 Physician Assistants ? do admin work and patient support in labor and delivery Advanced Practice Provider support 80 deliveries per month 30% C-section rate and 24% NVTS cesarean rate Teaching opportunities with medical students and residents Award-winning community medical center with a new emergency department and intensive care unit Physician on call for backup Shift Hours: 8a-8p, 8p-8a ? can support 12 hr shifts or 24 hr shifts Coverage: Labor and Delivery floor, Outpatient phone calls, ED consults/ triage Nursing Staff: good relationship with the nursing staff and as a collaborative clinical team Who we are seeking: Not opposed to new graduates Portuguese and Spanish speaking a plus Consistent Shift Coverage on a regular basis every month Practice independently but with a physician on-call backup always available About the benefits: Sign-on bonus Generous paid time off 403(b) with company match and a 457(b) with $15,000/year employer contribution $3,500 CME Allowance with paid time off Public Service Loan Forgiveness Not-for-profit 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt charitable corporation About the location:
