This position will provide financial support for teams that manage our leadless pacemakers within the U.S. CRM (Cardiac Rhythm Management) organization.What You’ll Work OnPrepare revenue and implant forecasts as well as analytics and financial presentations that support the quarterly LBE (Latest Best Estimate) processAnalyze revenue and implant data by product segment, geography, account, and employeeEvaluate performance vs. benchmarks and prior year, including price vs volumePartner with commercial leadership teams to highlight key issues and insights and recommend areas for improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to plan new product launchesOversee and maintain month end finance packages and prepare financial modelingCompile, analyze, and present findings on ad hoc requestsRequired Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field4+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) or AccountingSelf-motivated and proactive, setting high standards for successStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsAccuracy and attention to detailGreat communication skills and ability to articulate results based on audienceQuick learner and adaptable to changes and new environmentThe base pay for this position is $78,000.00 – $156,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
