This role involves handling administrative tasks such as filing, data organization, document preparation, and supporting internal processes while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general clerical duties including filing, sorting, and document organizationAssist in creating and maintaining contact lists, training materials, and policy guidesSupport administrative processes related to ratepayer complaint documentationEnsure proper handling and safeguarding of Personally Identifiable Information (PII)Communicate with regulated utilities and supplier companies as neededProvide administrative support for various division tasks and projectsMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal proceduresRequired QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationComfortable working in an office-based environment (onsite role)Preferred QualificationsGood telephone etiquette and professional communication skillsPrior experience in administrative or clerical support roles
