Role: AI Engineer ( Java / Python)Location : San Leandro, CA / Columbus, OH – Onsite from day 1End client Interview will be an In person interview in San Leandro, CA / Columbus, OH locations.Duration : Contract Core Skill Requirements Proven years of strong experience in Java development, including proficiency in Spring / Spring BootProven years of experience with Python, focused on backend or data-driven developmentStrong experience in building and consuming RESTful APIsStrong understanding of Reactive Programming (Web Flux, etc.)Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven architectureDatabase expertise in both MongoDB (NoSQL) and Oracle (RDBMS)Experience with Flink for stream processing and data pipelinesGraphQL knowledge AI / Conversational Platform ExposureStrong understanding of Google Dialog flow CX or similar conversational AIframeworksExposure to LLM (Large Language Models), agentic architectures, and promptengineering conceptsFamiliarity with ADK (Agent Development Kit), Playbook, or similar agenticframeworksConceptual understanding of machine learning fundamentals and model telemetry.Additional SkillsStrong problem-solving and debugging skills.Experience with microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-nativeenvironments (OCP, Kubernetes, etc.)Excellent communication skills; ability to collaborate across engineering and productteamsPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.Prior experience in banking, fintech, or digital assistant platforms is an advantage.Evaluation proficiency Metrics:PythonContext EngineeringGoogle ADKMCPA2AMulti Agent Set UpGeneral AI/MLWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
