Order Processing & Inventory Management Coordinator ($20-$25 per hr)

OverviewThe Order Processing & Inventory Management Coordinator is responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy, material flow, and warehouse operations while supporting field technicians with timely material delivery and sales coordination. This role manages system protocols using Q-Card steps, enforces material request procedures, and ensures accurate tracking across our platforms.Compensation & BenefitsHourly pay range: $20–$25 per hourThis position does NOT include holiday payNo paid time off (PTO)No employer-sponsored benefitsTHIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.Inventory & Systems ManagementManage and enforce system protocols using Q-Card steps and a structured point systemReconcile and correct inventory discrepancies between companiesMaintain accurate inventory counts for all materials, equipment, and suppliesTrack materials used, returned, and adjusted in all systemsMaterials & OrderingProcess material requests by email only, using SKUs exclusivelyMaintain and update Material Data Sheets (MDS) and ensure correct material terminology is usedHandle phone sales for all materials purchased by techniciansEnsure all materials are properly documented, issued, and returned when applicableWarehouse & LogisticsManage and oversee the Warehouse Assistant, assigning tasks and monitoring performanceCoordinate and deliver materials to job sites as neededMaintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and efficiencyOversee all equipment rentals, including scheduling, tracking, and returnsAccountability & ComplianceEnforce inventory procedures and material handling policiesEnsure accuracy, accountability, and loss prevention across all material transactionsCommunicate clearly with technicians, vendors, and managementRequired Knowledge & SkillsStrong understanding of inventory management systemsFamiliarity with computer skillsAbility to read and manage Material Data SheetsAttention to detailsKnowledge of material terminology and SKU-based orderingStrong organizational and multitasking skillsClear written and verbal communicationAbility to manage and supervise warehouse staffStrong attention to detail and accountabilityAbility to follow systems, procedures, and documentation requirementsComfortable using mobile devices for photos, forms, and uploadsValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to lift, move, and transport materials as requiredPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift heavy materials up to 50lbsAbility to work in a warehouse environmentAbility to travel to job sites, vendors, and scrap yardsJ-18808-Ljbffr
