We offer a range of settings including inpatient psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment centers, and outpatient counseling and therapies.Position SummaryThe House Supervisor RN plays a key leadership role in ensuring safe, effective, and high‑quality patient care across assigned units.Core Responsibilities IncludeMaintain effective working relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, patients’ families, and nursing staffCoordinate and supervise services on assigned units to promote a positive and supportive patient care environmentConduct regular rounds on nursing units, including follow‑up with licensed and non‑licensed staff, monitoring acutely ill patients, and welcoming new admissionsFoster a team‑oriented atmosphere that enhances quality of care and the patient experienceSupport and guide nursing staff with assessments, care planning, prioritization of tasks, and education, particularly when patients experience changes in conditionEnsure appropriate supplies and medications are available at all timesFacilitate communication among nursing staff, providers, responsible parties, and external vendors to ensure timely and appropriate patient careRespond to emergencies and ensure proper procedures are followedEnsure adequate staffing coverage across all assigned unitsQualified candidates for House Supervisor RN should have the following:Active Registered Nurse license in Texas (or eligible compact license)Graduate of an accredited nursing programInpatient behavioral hospital experience strongly preferredManagement or supervisory experience strongly preferredMust be available to attend a full week of hospital orientation and departmental trainingScheduleWeekends: Saturday & Sunday12-hour shiftsDay shift: 6:45am - 7:15pmWhy Join Perimeter?Professional GrowthOngoing training and developmentCareer advancement opportunitiesWork EnvironmentCollaborative, multidisciplinary approachFocus on evidence-based practicesSupportive leadership teamStrong commitment to quality patient careBenefitsPaid Time Off (PTO)LocationArlington, TXPerimeter Behavioral Hospital of Arlington is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive workplace where all employees can thrive.
