Role Overview: We are hiring a Signal Integrity Engineer to support the design and development of next-generation high-speed hardware systems, including security and enterprise routing platforms. The role involves simulation, validation, and system-level analysis of high-speed designs.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and analyze high-speed digital and analog systems from concept to productionPerform signal integrity simulations using industry-standard toolsModel and analyze power delivery networks (PDN)Conduct pre-route and post-route SI analysis of PCBsSupport prototype bring-up, validation, and troubleshootingCollaborate with hardware, PCB layout, and validation teamsCorrelate simulation data with lab measurementsParticipate in technical discussions and documentationRequired QualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical Engineering or related field3–5 years of experience in Signal Integrity / Hardware DesignStrong knowledge of transmission line theory and high-speed circuitsExperience with simulation tools (SPICE, HSPICE, etc.)Experience with field solver tools (HFSS, CST, Q2D, Q3D)Hands-on experience with lab equipment (Oscilloscope, TDR, VNA)Strong communication and teamwork skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with IBIS, ADS, MATLAB, Cadence PowerSI, AllegroExposure to SerDes, LVDS, CML interfacesExperience with DDR, NRZ, PAM4 high-speed linksExperience in high-speed PCB/package design and power integrityBackground in signal integrity or power noise analysis
