The Process Server assists the District Attorney's Office with serving subpoenas in the front range area.This is an hourly position with Boulder County. Work hours will vary, hours are typically 30 hours per week, but may shift based on business needs. This position will work out of the Boulder Justice Center located at 1777 6th Street, Boulder, Colorado.Boulder County requires its employees to reside in the state of Colorado as of the first day of work.Hiring Hourly Range: $25.00 to 30.00 an hour, depending on experience. Examples of DutiesExamples of DutiesWorks with the Investigation Unit to research cases and determine current location/contact information for parties to a case. Uses investigative tools to determine current location and contact information.Coordinates with attorneys and investigators on cases.Coordinates subpoena service with other agencies around the State or other States.Tracks subpoena service and case status using spreadsheets.Assists the Investigation Unit as needed.Required QualificationsRequired QualificationsPLEASE NOTE: When submitting your application be sure to include all relevant education and experience, as applications are screened based on the qualifications listed in this position announcement. Any combination of relevant education and experience is encouraged.
