DescriptionGeneral job duties.Gerneral MS patients. Collaborates with other inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care. Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards as designated in their assigned clinical setting.Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.EMR-Epic, AccuDose, Bladder Scanner, Phillips monitors, TelemetryRequired skills and minimum years of experience.1 yr med/surg experience.Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required.BLS - must be AHA. ND or compact state RN license.Shift or schedule requirements.12 hr shifts, D/N, EOW, EOHFloating to over units/departments.Home unit 2W but can float to any med/surg unit on any campus as needed.Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.10 bed departmentNurse to patient ratio of this unit.5:1 day shift and 6:1 night shiftDress Code: Navy blue scubsTell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program.• 1 day lead center training
