Process Engineer 2

We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of Process Engineer 2 for our computer repair operations. Role and Responsibilities: Coordinates new product introduction, process readiness and training for Laptops & Tablets Develop & co-ordinates activities associated with 5S & six sigma methodologies to promote continuous process improvements Identifies and co-ordinate process/product improvement projects Leads & co-ordinates meetings with direct staff to review and discuss the department’s activity and to develop future direction to follow Responsible for staffing and Supervision of assigned reports Provides & reviews documented written work instructions for operations to ensure repeatability and reproducibility (flow charts, control charts, manufacturing process instructions) Supports engineering technicians and activities related computer repair services Supports project communications, including creation of status reports and summaries on product data, internal & external KPIs, identifies & implements key actions to improve KPIs May lead cross-functional functional projects that results in measurable process improvement & cost reductions Other duties as assigned by supervisor and manager Skills, Education and Training: B.S. degree in one of the following or similar fields; electronics/electrical/computer/ Industrial engineering Experience in data mining/manipulating and developing reports and procedures 2-3 years of experience in process engineering or related engineering role; PC Service Operation exposure preferred Experience in applying Lean 6 Sigma quality principles must Demonstrated Project management capability in small to medium projects Computer hardware experience in Laptops & peripheral components like motherboard/ LCDs (May or would distinguish the candidate) Process mapping skills using Microsoft Visio must Data analysis capability - statistical analysis of the data to make decisions, data mining/manipulating and analyzing to develop reports and procedures Strong proficiency in English CSAT Solutions LP is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, disability, age or other legally protected status We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of Process Engineer 2 for our computer repair operations.
