Role Description The Vice President of Programs will oversee and drive the development, implementation, and management of strategic initiatives and programs that support the mission of All Things Black & Beautiful. Key responsibilities include designing and monitoring programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, managing program budgets, collaborating with stakeholders, and evaluating program success. This is a volunteer role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex with a hybrid work model that allows flexibility for remote work. Qualifications Strong expertise in Program Management and Project Management to coordinate and supervise effective execution of initiativesAnalytical Skills and Strategic Planning abilities to develop, review, and optimize programs to meet organizational objectivesProficiency in Budgeting and financial planning to manage and allocate resources effectivelyExceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience managing nonprofit or community-based programs is strongly preferredPassionate about supporting Black-owned businesses and fostering economic empowerment
