Maintenance Inventory Coordinator Job Details Schedule: Monday Friday, 8am-5pm Occasional weekend shift Pay Rate: $25/hour Type: Full-time, Temp-to-HireJob Responsibilities Help maintain accurate records for parts, materials, and supplies used in daily maintenance and operational activities.Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing incoming items, ensuring materials are placed in the proper locations for easy access.Support recurring inventory checks and basic documentation tasks that help track stock levels and usage.Assist with processing routine requests for parts or materials and updating related logs or tracking information.Provide general support for purchasing-related tasks, basic data entry, and other administrative duties connected to routine maintenance workflows.Help maintain cleanliness and organization in storage areas and support standard workplace safety practices.Job Requirements Ability to use basic computer applications for simple data entry and record updates.Comfortable working with physical materials, organizing stock, and performing tasks that may require lifting or moving items.Strong attention to detail when handling parts, labeling items, or updating basic documentation.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities within daily maintenance operations.Experience working in a warehouse, maintenance, inventory, or similar industrial support environment.Why Work With PeopleShare?
