If you agree, we’d love to talk.You can see more details about our values here (https://voxy.com/about/careers/)What You’ll Be Doing:● Own the renewal process for your customer portfolio, ensuring timely and successful contract renewals.● Proactively manage renewal cycles, scoping the right project for each renewal to drive high retention and engagement.● Identify upsell and expansion opportunities to increase Voxy’s footprint within customer accounts.● Empathize with every aspect of the customer journey/experience, putting customers’ needs first.● Understand customer’s needs and guide them through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth start with Voxy.● Monitor and drive adoption and engagement metrics, delivering insights and readouts of specific customer outcomes in Business Reviews.● Coach customers to be Voxy product experts and train their teams on Voxy methodology so they become increasingly self-sufficient.● Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty and program success.● Collaborate with cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into solutions for customers.● Work closely with customers to make their learning program with Voxy a success, ensuring measurable outcomes and learner satisfaction.● Maintain accurate records in Voxy’s customer management tools to guarantee transparency of Customer Health and Success Indicators.● Prepare reports and business reviews for customers to generate visibility of program’s performance.What We’re Looking For:● 2+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing customer success or account management organization.● Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish is required. Voxy will provide a compulsory English language training program to the employee.● Problem Solving and basic Negotiation skills.● Accountability for ensuring the timely and successful delivery of services and solutions to clients within their portfolio.
