The practice offers exposure to complex fund formation, sponsor structuring, fundraising, and regulatory matters across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions.The PracticeThe Investment Funds team advises on the formation and structuring of a broad range of private investment vehicles, including buyout, venture, credit, and other alternative investment strategies.Lawyers work closely with clients on all aspects of fund structuring and fundraising, while also supporting day-to-day operational, governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
