We are Hiring an HVAC Service Technician to be part of our residential team!
Someone with exceptional experience troubleshooting and servicing residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Oil & Propane experience a plus!
Shifts Available
1st Shift | 7:30am - 4:00pm | Monday to Friday
2nd Shift | 3:00pm - 11:00pm | Monday to Friday
Weekends Only | 7:00am - 5:00pm | Saturday & Sunday
Pay Rate
1st Shift | $32.00 to $45.00 + per hour, depending on individuals' capabilities
2nd Shift | $38.00 - $50.00 per hour | must have oil & propane experience
Weekends Only | $32.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on individuals' capabilities

What You Will Be Doing
Service and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
Working with oil, propane, natural gas, and electric HVAC systems
Propane and electric heating/air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductless systems, and boilers
Experience service /maintenance/ troubleshooting / repairing, a wide range of residential and light commercial equipment including oil & propane
Providing excellent customer service
Consulting with and educating homeowners on systems and products
Ability to contact tech support with diagnostic questions
Daily use of tablet
Qualifications / Skills:
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
4 + years of HVAC experience
EPA Universal Certification
Excellent customer service skills
Experience consulting customers with repair and replacement decisions
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
Experience with service / maintenance on oil & propane systems a plus!
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
High school diploma or equivalent
Certificate from a HVAC Technical School desired
MA or NH Gas Licensed desired - we train!
MA or NH Oil License desired - we train!
